1、基材表面潔凈牢固，清除砌塊表面的灰塵、油脂、顆粒等一切影響粘結(jié)性能的松散物。

2、施工前，普通磚、空心磚應(yīng)提前澆水濕潤，含水率宜為10～15%；灰砂磚，粉煤灰磚含水率宜為5～8%。待砌塊表面無明水后，才能進行砌筑工序。

4、拌和粉刷砂漿的水必須用潔凈水，灰水比1：0.12（使用1000公斤砂漿，配120公斤潔凈水），拌合時間自投料完畢算起攪拌3～5分鐘。讓砂漿與水充分拌和至沒有結(jié)團塊狀為止，即可施工。

5、用鋸齒鏝刀將砌筑砂漿滿批在砌塊的砌筑面上，施工厚度5mm～10mm即可。
