基層處理

墻面必須干凈、無粉塵、無油漬、無滲水及其它污垢物，且墻面必須平整結實、無空鼓，空洞凹陷處用本品填補找平；新墻需待水泥砂漿抹灰層充分硬化后(抹灰約7天)，方可進行本品施工；施工前，建議使用界面劑對基層進行加固處理，光滑基層或頂棚，建議先造毛處理。

用灰板將配制好的漿料批刮至墻面，然后用鋁合金刮尺刮平，每次施工厚度不大于15mm，總厚度大于15mm，應該分批找平；首道批刮時，可先在基層上進行薄批，然后連續上料，這樣有利于空氣排出，提高與基層的粘結力；若批刮后表面局部出現泛白脫粉現象，可用毛刷蘸水，對泛白表面進行補水處理，水量以不滴落及不破壞砂漿層為宜，待完全干燥后進行下道工序施工。
